Overall fitness, strength and weight loss - also to continue running better and better

  • How did you hear about Celli's?
    Billboard and internet

  • How has being trained by Ryan helped you get closer to achieving your goals?
Seeing how hard he pushes himself helps motivate me to push myself as well. Ryan is able to take your goals and put them into a plan that works with your schedule and gives you results. I have been through different phases of training while I have been a member and Ryan is always able to develop a plan for me that helps me achieve those goals, fits my schedule, and also keeps me interested.

    • Starting Point:
Always athletic, running since 2006, completed 1 marathon, multiple 1/2 marathons, and shorter races; strong legs and that was about it. Weak core and upper body.

    • Current Status:
Running much better - Marathon time improved by 12 min with only 3 months of training; 1/2 marathon time improved by 16 min on a very difficult course with 10 months training. Overall strength has improved a ton, core strength is much greater. Have lost a little weight, but definitely increased muscle mass and decreased fat percentage.

  • Do you have a new goal, as a result of your training at Celli's?
4 hour 45 min marathon (30 min improvement in 6 months) continued strengthening and weight loss.

  • What is your favorite thing about training at Celli's?
Everyone is friendly and helpful!!! The gym is always clean and the hours work well with my crazy life.

  • Any upcoming events that you might be participating in?
Registered for the Pittsburgh Marathon - May 3, 2009

  • Do have a funny moment from training at Celli's you would like to tell?
While training with Ryan and doing some pull back thing with the rope, I hit myself square in the forehead with the rope.

  • Interesting Fact:
If you see KC running on the street or walking her dog, don't honk and expect her to wave, she tends to be so focused she never hears you and won't wave back (or so she says!)

So there you have it, we all are wishing KC all the best. It's fun having her in the gym and it's way cool to be training with such a hardcore trainer. Plus you gotta admire some one who is willing to put up with a 26 mile race! Good luck with the Pittsburgh Marathon KC, we at Celli's will be cheering you on!
