  • How has being trained by Ryan helped you get closer to achieving your goals?
I've been a recreational runner for several years and had run a couple of races. My girlfriend convinced me to try the Pittsburgh half marathon this year. That was longer than I had ever run, and I knew I needed to do some training to get to that goal. I had never done any real weight training, and Ryan gave me a great series of exercises that have increased my leg and overall body strength. I now have much more strength for powering myself up Pittsburgh's hills. It has also increased my running speed and endurance.

However, the exercise routine has done more than just improve my running. The morning workout starts my day out in the right way. I'm in a much better mood after I've exercised and my mind feels sharper and more focused.
