- Name: Ramona Patterson
- Occupation: District Court Administrator, Cranberry Twp
- Age: 49
- Weight: 132
- Hobbies:
Powerlifting, African Drumming, Gardening
- What are you trying to improve?
Still working on improving form to enable bigger lifts, diet and overall fitness level.
- How did you hear about Celli's?
Amie Marx.
- How has being trained by Ryan helped you get closer to achieving your goals?
- Starting Point:
When I first started training with Ryan, we spent a lot of time improving my form on all three lifts.
- Current Status:
My over all strength has greatly improved, and my lifts, both raw and single ply have increased considerably. Ryan has helped me not only in powerlifting but also with the inspiration to achieve whatever it is that might impede my goal to lift bigger weights. I have improved my diet (most of the time), supplements, water consumption (I hate drinking water) and yes, I even recently quit smoking.
- Do you have a new goal, as a result of your training at Celli's?
Just to continue to improve technique, form, and add bigger weights.
- What is your favorite thing about training at Celli's?
All the help and advice I get from Ryan and Dana. The gym is always clean and well maintained. Such a pleasure to train with top people and top equipment.
- Any upcoming events that you might be participating in?
Not sure yet. I just did the ADAU National meet a few weeks ago, so for now, just focusing on different training routines. I may do something later in the fall, but no plans for anything yet.
- Do have a funny moment from training at Celli's you would like to tell?
I always have fun when I'm there, whether I am training with Ryan or when Amie and I are hanging out training together. There is always lots of laughter going on in between sets.
